7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed by educators before classroom use
• We do not guarantee that content is free from errors or omissions

• Teachers retain professional responsibility for materials used in their classrooms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCLessonPlans.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
